Do you have a waiting list?

Yes, but it is currently closed.

Why is your waiting list closed?

We had decided to close our waiting list due to very limited movement in places and we still have a large number of families waiting.

When will your waiting list open?

We aren’t sure of an exact opening time for our waiting list due to not knowing when spaces are likely to become available.

Why do you not have spaces?

We are so proud of our successes over the past 10 years and we have found over the recent years we retain our families from Year R to Year 6.

This leaves limited spaces available throughout the year.

We have been on the waiting list for some time now what do we do?

You’ll be in receipt of email updates every other term with a generic message about our spaces. If you are successful in gaining a place you will be contacted directly, via email or phone.

My child will be starting reception in September how do I register?

At the moment we aren’t taking and further applications to go on our waiting list.

When will spaces become available?

We aren’t sure when spaces become available due to generally retaining our current users throughout their primary school journey.

We do have a handful of spaces when our Year 6 leave but these are mostly allocated to siblings starting in reception.

Why don’t you increase your capacity?

We pride ourselves in quality over quantity and having trailed a larger group we felt this wasn’t the vision we have for Polkadots.

We strive to provide the best care for children to ensure they are all having a fun time when they attending a safe and welcoming environment.

We also do not have further space within the school to expand our services.
